The Glenwood Bakery has been making pizzas in the evenings since a few years after its inception. Pizzas are a natural extension of bread making; a flat ‘bread’, made of flour, water, salt and yeast, designed to hold a wonderful selection of toppings. As with all our breads, our pizza bases are slow fermented and made of flour which is stone milled and GMO and additive free. The bases are thin and the toppings are classic. We use high quality ingredients, all sauces and toppings are made in house. Our charcuterie is carefully selected, hailing from another family production centre in Durban, Col’tempo. We always have one vegan option. Our menu is very small, but we also offer a few other dishes: Middle-Eastern Lamb Flatbread, potato gnocchi and a hamburger.
Evening services run from 5 pm to 9 pm, Monday to Friday. We are not licensed, so bring your own fortification – we charge no corkage. There are limited tables available for booking.
